Good facility in terms of office interior. Cafeteria was good. Not good in terms of career opportunity.
Many people are on the bench and involved in dirty politics. They are not providing an equal playing field and are not good at the start of a career. I will advise freshers or those with 1+ years of experience to avoid this company.
Engage resources in the proper manner.
And give equal opportunity to everyone.
