Thoroughly professional atmosphere. Work-life balance is ok.
There's a lot of hierarchy. HR is weak and always has to give in to the Project Manager's demands. The policies are becoming less employee-friendly with each passing year.
HR should have more power and authority. Managers should not always have the last say on appraisal-related decisions.
