Nice company to work for, but HR sucks
Learning opportunities, Good senior management, decent salary and above average hikes, very friendly employees (most of them), on-site opportunities, and best training facilities.
The employee review system is very much dependent on your manager. I.e., if he/she is biased, you're screwed. HR, especially in Pune, were annoying (at best) and very stupid (at worst). No attention was paid to the employee's preference in projects, location, etc.
The employee review system can be improved. Otherwise, I found senior management to be very open, competent, and friendly, even to entry-level employees.
