Career growth is low or nil.

- They will increase your salary like giving a peanut, even after all hard work.
- No employee-friendly initiatives.
- Management eats all benefits.
- Other than work, everything happens: politics, mind games, no respect to employees.
- Misguiding everyone.
Because of all the above reasons, the company is losing all good, big projects. Karma!
Treat people with respect and dignity at the workplace. Karma exists!
