Market value and a standard company to work at
Accenture has very good opportunities and projects to work on. These projects include various technologies, including SAP, Oracle, Java, and Networking, etc.
Particularly, the Indian Delivery Center (IDC) is not so good. Lots of politics from senior employees and a lack of communication make the atmosphere a bit demotivating. Many of my colleagues had to quit due to these reasons. Look for a better location to work at Accenture.
Need to improve office culture, especially in India, to inspire new employees for their career growth.
