Pros
  • Provides adequate training.
  • Work-from-home opportunities (depends on the project).
Cons

Long work hours compared to other IT companies, sometimes with overtime and coupled with heavy and unbalanced workload, create a somewhat toxic environment.

There is no control over your preferred capability. You get asked during the interview, but it still depends on the demand for the capability.

There is a lack of career growth once you reach Level 10 and above.

There are more support-based projects compared to Dev, DBA, Automation, QA Testing, etc.

Advice to Management

Be diverse when it comes to acquiring contracts for projects. Some employees are being forced to be a member of the support umbrella, even if that is not what they preferred, due to a lack of other types of projects. (This was asked as part of an interview.)
