De maneira geral, Accenture parece ter raízes muito fortes em consultoria. Isso faz com que, a todo momento, eu tenha a impressão de que vendas e delivery são mais importantes que tecnologia.

Accenture necessita de um braço mais forte no desenvolvimento de produtos próprios, onde possam focar menos no delivery e mais em ciência e inovação.

Desvincular o crescimento de carreira com liderança. É mais difícil reter desenvolvedores seniores (nível 8 em diante) caso a Accenture tente sempre alocá-los em atividades gerenciais.
