It's so big that after several years, I don't see where my career and professional growth could end
Good training, internal certifications, and on-the-job experience in several industries.
The salary is below average. Internal certifications are very good, but they are not assets that will help me get a better job in another company. Management is not well-trained to assume leadership positions. Most of them can't handle big groups and don't know how to motivate people and keep them engaged.
In a few words: get involved and be sure of being surrounded by people that share your same values (middle-management).
