Huge differences in expectations exist between workforces. Some opportunities are not available to you because of the workforce you come from.
The compensation is something every Accenture employee below manager level has complaints about. I was hired in at $29.5K a year in 2006 for the San Francisco location.
Match the salary that other companies have to offer, not the overall benefits package.
