Very few amongst many are lucky to find good work and good people.
Blind leading the blind. Surrounded by people who hate their jobs, creating a very negative environment. Management is extremely unfair. No one is interested in learning or giving a chance to someone who wants to learn.
Take care of your employees, and they'll take care of your clients.
