I recommend this is best place for experience as well as freshers. But getting job as a experience employee like if u have knowledge then for sure u will get... But getting job as a fresher it means like depends on luck only.
Freshers can clear their 1st and 2nd rounds easily; they can also clear the interview too. But getting a job depends on luck, not on the knowledge you have. If you are lucky every time, just apply for Accenture; a job will be sure. If you are not a lucky guy, then don't apply to Accenture.
