The most promising part here was that I met good people and my good manager, who is one of a kind.
If you fall into a wrong manager and toxic project, then it's up to you how to handle it.
Everything seems to be fine. There's nothing we can do if there are managers who are not supportive and are not compatible with their employees. The reason I have stayed for so long is because of my manager.
