Worst Company, Low Wages
You are not micromanaged.
This is the worst company, in all honesty. I handed in my resignation today.
Absolute hellhole. The wages are low, extremely low compared to other jobs on the market.
Going for a promotion feels like you have to fight for your life, and they don't care about the quality of work you do, only how much you bootlick managers and do useless events.
You are just a number to them, and they replace you in an instant. They don't see you as a human.
