Once hired, you get to attend a lot of good corporate parties in fancy hotels. As long as we do our job well, we do not have to worry about losing it.
I worked for a client whom I directly reported to, and the client submitted great reviews about me. I had no Accenture side manager who had any idea of the kind of technical work that I did for the client. When it was time for my promotion cycle, I had to go on maternity leave. I got to know later that due to some internal politics, they gave preference to some other candidates whose ratings were lower than mine, under the assumption that I may decide to extend my maternity leave and may not come back after its completion. Also, they completely ignored the positive reviews provided by the client. I had to call them up on a weekend to remind them to put the positive feedback in my appraisal, as they were unaware of the work I had done, since they had never been to my client's workplace.
My Accenture interview was smooth and structured. The panel focused on problem-solving, project experience, communication skills, and basic technical concepts. The process felt supportive, professional, and clearly aligned to real-world client work
In-person interview. Questions mainly asked about background and education. They also asked about hobbies. My friend said they watch series. They asked which series, and I replied Game of Thrones. They then asked about the director.
linear, initial process lasting about two weeks. Online application, then HR call of at least thirty minutes: who you are, why here, and other standard questions. Second round: technical interview of about an hour with an analyst and an engineer.
