• Flexible working arrangements

• The onboarding procedure was the worst I have ever encountered, with no proper project introduction or materials.

• Equipment and devices for work were inadequate. The laptop had poor specifications, and I was not even provided a mouse upon collection.

• Management is extremely poor at resource planning. Some teams/individuals have little to no work, while others are overworked.

• Unrealistic work expectations were set by inexperienced business analysts, which led to the development team working long hours.

• Project implementation was initially carried out by fresh graduates who lacked the knowledge and experience to comply with industry standards.

• Product coordination was extremely poor. No one followed the project management tool used for issue tracking, and no one updated the progress log.
