The process took 3 months. The interview was alright, they took a long time for processing. Even after clearing all rounds properly, they are not giving a proper reason for rejection. I feel the interview was not done properly.

I was initially contacted for an introductory interview. My profile was in line with what they were looking for, so we proceeded with the technical interview. Few but targeted questions. Subsequently, I was made an offer, which I, however, declined.

In my case, there were only two rounds of interviews before I was presented with an offer. They were not on the more technical side. I would describe the process as fairly easygoing.
