A good place to start your career, then you should move on
World-class projects, international recognition, an open environment, good and helpful people, and a comprehensive training program.
Pay is not good; it is under average. There is bad work-life balance if in a poorly managed project. There are many training programs out there, but you just don't get approval to do any of them. Promotion is not fair half the time; too many things happen behind the scenes, especially in the consulting workforce.
Employees should be rewarded fairly.
