Pros

Excellent training facilities, certifications, and accounts with heavy business exposure. You need to have a good focus on where you want to be and let your mentor help you through it.

Most of the employees overlook this and realize the potential only when they leave ACN.

Cons

Classification of job types (Consulting, Technology, Outsourcing) gives a prioritized feel and creates a huge isolation between the workforce in these areas. The result is job dissatisfaction. An employee with a certain skill finds it hard to get a project/account to enhance the skill, which affects career growth to a certain extent.

Advice to Management

Increase pay, benefits, and close gaps between Consulting and Solutions.

Recruit and place the right skill in the right project.
