Pros

Government-mandated benefits – All provided HMO coverage – Health insurance included 10 days sick leave (SL) per year 13 days vacation leave (VL) – Unused VL can be converted to cash Generous maternity leave – One of the best policies around Training opportunities – Continuous learning and development Supportive team – Helpful leads and collaborative colleagues Clean and comfortable workplace – Well-maintained and pleasant Great place to work – A fantastic place to grow and thrive

Cons
  • 10-hour workdays.
  • Work-from-home (WFH) is not a permanent arrangement.
  • WFH eligibility varies based on the assigned project.
  • Salary increases are not guaranteed or easily approved.
  • Promotions take a long time.
  • Even if you get promoted, the pay raise is minimal (or barely noticeable).
  • Heavy workload but low salary—not worth the effort.
  • Moving up requires a lot of hard work, but the pay increase doesn’t justify it.
  • Exhausting 10-hour workdays—the job could easily be done in 8 hours, so why the extra time?
  • Food is not healthy and very pricey.
Advice to Management

If a project can do WFH, let them WFH. If it cannot, make it at least hybrid.
