Not enough training for the actual job. The managers and colleagues are too busy on the project to provide training on the new resource.
There is a big chance that you will be on a different project, and if you are transferred to another project, you need to study their business and almost all the customization they have done on the application for the past few years, sometimes even a decade.
Please let the employee have the option to stay on the project and ensure that every new resource is provided with enough training.
