- Compensation does not really compensate for the work/tasks given.
- Middle management often passes tasks to lower employees.
- Nine hours a day of work instead of eight hours.
- And if 45 hours a week is not enough, there will be forced weekends and overtime work due to unrealistic timelines planned.
- Promotions and ratings depend on the closeness of the employee to higher management (office politics).
- Work location is not easily accessible.
- No concern for employees with regards to safety to and from work, given certain circumstances (typhoon, flood, night, etc.).
