Pros
  • Stable employment.
  • It's very easy to get a job here; the recruitment process is super easy.
  • Ability to extend knowledge, because it is easy to get into projects that expect much, much more than you can give. So, there is definitely a chance to learn.
  • Good for people who have a feeling of not being fully qualified yet and difficulties being hired.
  • Great company for internships (for students). The company loves them (very cheap people able to do work).
Cons
  • Difficult to get a salary raise and be recognized in case of hard work.
  • Overtime hours are expected but not paid, with managers expecting you to use them as free days later, but that later might not come.
  • A lot of unqualified people are pushed onto projects by management to minimize the company bench, not to help the project move forward.
  • Very low level of transparency.
  • "Blame culture".
Advice to Management

Improving quality and expectations from candidates, reviewing the recruitment process, and firing people who do not want to work on employment contracts or are not having essential software engineer everyday skills.
