Sometimes you find cool people and endure the suck together. This creates friendships.
Accenture is extremely hypocritical when they talk about approaching problems in a "truly human" way, as they treat their staff as less than that. I have seen and worked with sexism more than once.
Accenture doesn't push innovation. If you stay too long and don't push yourself outside of work, you will lose the skills you worked for as a developer and get stuck at the company. I see this all the time.
Leadership will take credit for the work of others if they are below them.
Bonuses and raises are a joke, borderline offensive for the hours you put in. I guess, in hindsight, the work/life balance is good because there is no real or interesting work to work on.
Stop rewarding bad behavior in upper management. Be kind. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

My Accenture interview was smooth and structured. The panel focused on problem-solving, project experience, communication skills, and basic technical concepts. The process felt supportive, professional, and clearly aligned to real-world client work
In-person interview. Questions mainly asked about background and education. They also asked about hobbies. My friend said they watch series. They asked which series, and I replied Game of Thrones. They then asked about the director.
