- Decent pay package as a service-based company.
- Work culture is fair.
- Gives opportunities to work at client sites in India.
- Doesn't pay a buck while on client location assignments.
- Salary reimbursement process is ugly.
- No long-term onsite assignments except when you are eligible for GCP.
- Too many complex processes.
Try to recognize employees at client locations who bring so much profit to your organization. Try to restructure compensation at client location employees and pay them more.
