Great reputation, good working culture... but with drawbacks
The company has a great reputation and a good working culture. They were ahead of their time by allowing people to work from home. They also have great benefits.
It is very cliquey, and you have to play their game to get anywhere in the company. It's 'who you know.' It took me 14+ years in their internal IT department to make it to a six-figure income. Then they laid me off with no warning or performance issues.
Get rid of the clicky culture and value your employees for their talents, not just who they know.
Do your best to maintain the diversity you so desire to showcase and promote more minorities from within versus laying them off.
