It was a great experience working with Accenture, Pune. Great core values, great projects, and lots of learning opportunities.
I had to leave Accenture because I used to strictly follow Accenture's core values. I had received feedback that I don't believe in or do micromanagement. This is really ridiculous. I had raised my voice, but the core values team didn't even bother to ask me why I had highlighted this issue. So, my advice would be: just say yes to whatever your manager or senior manager says. Don't use your brain; don't think about the core values defined by great people in the organization.
Things are well-defined, but if not followed, it is very disastrous for the well-being of people or the organization.
