Good starting point for the job, but they won't stay for the long run as they provide small increases for home-grown employees

Pros

Stable company, and there are a lot of soft-skill trainings available.

Cons

You may not be sure about your career growth, and everything is fast-paced when you're in a project.

They will throw you in a project even if you don't have the necessary skills, and if you're not lucky, they won't even provide any training for you to do your job correctly.

Advice to Management

Bring back the 8 hours of work.

Do not over-hire, as there are a lot of people on the bench who are scared for their long-term growth and careers.

At least give the average market-value salary for your employees.

If you want productivity, provide your employees some good work-life balance.
