My first disappointment was:

I took a very extensive course to compete for the position, I tried very hard, and in the end, they hired a girl who wasn't even present and didn't present her "final project." This gave me the impression that, out of desperation, they hire anyone.

I found the People Lead mechanism to be very flawed. There were people who didn't even know who their People Lead was, and these people are responsible for your "promotion" in the company.

In fact, I had a People Lead who was very friendly and all, but when I resigned, he turned into someone else, super rude.

Not to mention the "drag" for them to process the resignation. Several people asked why, etc.

Oh, and there are many mid-level analysts doing senior work and seniors doing junior work!

Not to mention the below-market salary.
