- HR ignores disrespectful behavior, even when formally reported.
- "Chargeability" is the only metric that matters.
- Opaque performance review process. When business is bad, you won't get a promotion/raise even if you deserve it.
- Reform from the ground up. Start with new employee onboarding.
- Conduct anonymous 360-degree reviews to identify toxic leaders.
