Work culture.

Accenture is divided into different IGs, so during your bench period, you can look for projects in your desired IG.

They invest lots of money for the skill enhancement of their employees through classroom programs and online courses.

Cons

Most of the projects are support projects, so a technical person may lose his/her skills.

Instead of hiring new resources, try to keep your existing employees with good compensation.

Negligible hikes to existing employees and support projects are ruining their lives; that's why many people are leaving the company.

Advice to Management

Most of the employees are mentally insecure because they have lost their skills in support projects.

Encourage them to learn new skills during office hours.

No one wants to learn new tech after spending 10 hours every day in the office.
