Growth is really good here, professionally as well as financially. If you want to learn, it is a very nice place to do so. You will get opportunities; you have to grab them, and you will be loaded with work if you like to do so. It's a great learning curve, and the per-year increment is also very good compared to other companies.

HR interactions are negligible. I have been working here for 3 years, and I met my HR only once. You will basically interact with HR only when you leave the company.
