Benefits such as Employee Assistance Program (counseling sessions, with huge emphasis on mental health).
Transportation is free and very reliable.
Not very stringent on your login and logout times.
While Accenture has a lot of benefits to offer, depending on which project you're a part of, you might not be able to enjoy all of the benefits because you just won't have the time.
Salary is not great.
When working with a client budget and being able to recruit only a few members to a particular project, make sure the criteria and expectations are set in advance regarding shifts, on-call duties, and the line of work.
