Work culture is awesome. It's good as a retirement option, as managers have all the comfort.
Doesn't value its present employees but is ready to spend on laterals. Always negotiate on bonus; it will look high on paper but is linked to ratings. Hardly 50% of the amount is paid if you are joining anew.
