Accenture is good to join after having some experience.

It gives a good hike on joining.

It provides work from home to most resources, depending on the project.

It's 5 days a week working, with 10 mandatory yearly leaves and 7 sick leaves.

Internal annual increments are not so good.

Fifteen percent of the fixed pay is variable. For six months of work, you get the variable pay after ten months.

There is no logic in the variable pay percentage you receive. It doesn't depend on your performance; it depends on your relationships with the senior manager.

Please make the compensation increment/yearly feedback process transparent.

Many projects are asking employees to work more than 9 hours and on weekends; please make some rules for it.
