• Very good extracurricular initiatives.

• Salaries are below industry standard.
• Some projects have terrible higher management, which negatively affects the work culture.
• HR is ignorant of the changes happening in the organization.
• It's extremely difficult to switch projects inside the organization.

Try to streamline the management workforce.

I've experienced both: the best as well as one of the worst management teams in the same organization!

Though I am not experienced enough to say this, the higher management needs to interpret the client's demands in a better way and stop harassing their resources for trivial things.
