The salary hike is not up to the mark. If a person puts in their papers or tries to quit by getting a new offer, they'll increase the package and try to retain them. But if the same person is working hard, they won't get a good hike yearly. In 2023, they are not giving hikes to Indians and Sri Lankans. Thus, whatever good performance an employee has done is not considered this year. The effort is wasted.
