- Work - The new cluster policy will assign you to any facility, and it’s based on the client.
- Transport - You can use the available company shuttles or cabs to any part of the city for free. In case of an emergency, you can raise an ad hoc request for a cab.
- Diversity - Accenture gives much more importance to the diversity ratio.
- Learning - Accenture provides more options for learning technologies through classroom trainings and certification courses. You can apply and attend those trainings.
- Work-life balance - Being a Java developer, I really love the work-life balance I have at Accenture. Again, it will vary from person to person.
Promotions & hikes - It completely depends upon performance, and the hike percentage will vary from person to person, along with other concerns. There should be no politics.
Variable pay - It's no longer transparent. Your supervisor will decide how much variable you are eligible for.
