A good salary hike every year is very important to keep employees motivated to keep working with you, which sadly is not happening at Accenture for over 3 years now.
Also, no one knows very well about the new performance management, including the senior management. This negatively impacts employee motivation and trust in the organization, since all they get to hear from their management is, "Even we do not know about it."
