Salary hikes are really good if you are planning to stay here for longer, compared to other MNCs.
It is process-oriented and has many employee benefits like free shuttle services, good relocation allowances or onsite allowances, performance points, hot skill bonuses, etc.
Work-life balance depends on the project, which is the same in all MNCs. In my case, I had good work-life balance.
Variable pay will be paid in full if you get the 1st rating.
I did not find any cons in my 5 years of tenure. The only con was that I didn't get any onsite opportunities.
