Work/Life balance is pretty decent, with paid overtime at 1.5X rate at my current level. Even with consistent non-stellar performance, promotions are given. A diverse workplace, with a strong ethical company culture. Mandatory trainings are given to employees based on that. Decent benefits include Health/Dental/Eye Coverage, 401K, and a share purchase plan. Opportunity for career advancement and knowledge advancement exists based on the number of large-scale clients Accenture works with, each having their own infrastructure/processes.
If you are looking to start a career here, it will be a good place to learn. Nonetheless, Accenture pay is below the industry average for non-managerial levels in the Solutions workforce.
Also, promotions follow a complicated process whereby there are calls where your 'career counselor' vouches for you, and you are rated against your peers at your current career level.
Promotions and raises do not amount to much of a salary increase; in my case, it was 7%. I believe this results in a somewhat high turnover rate in my workforce.

It was difficult. Prepare well before giving an interview, as their portal has an attempt count. The HR was friendly, and the salary negotiation was very good. I am very happy to have cleared it.
It had two technical and one managerial round. The technical round comprised basic and advanced questions on the preferred programming language. The interview was also based on hot skills, if any.
Very well planned and well informed in advance. It started with the roles and responsibilities, then about the process and methods, followed by some questions related to standards and policies.
