Pros
  • Good work environment.
  • Good stability. Accenture usually doesn't fire its employees.
  • If you just want to work for stipulated hours and are not eager for learning, this would be the best company for you.

I have worked around 4 years in Bangalore and 1 year in Delhi, and I must say the work culture in both locations are way too different. You might feel that you are working in an altogether new company.

Bangalore TLs, Managers, and Management are systematic, whereas in Delhi it's totally different.

Cons
  • Your work might get ignored.
  • Your rating totally depends on your TL, manager, project, and very little on your quality work and capability. You might get lucky to have a sensible TL who would give you a suitable rating.
  • You might get used to the comfort zone and good environment, and thus stick to the company.
  • Growth rate seems to be low. You won't learn much. Your learning curve will be mostly constant.
Advice to Management

Encourage the talent. Give good hikes and remove the "bell curve" method for rating.
