I have worked around 4 years in Bangalore and 1 year in Delhi, and I must say the work culture in both locations are way too different. You might feel that you are working in an altogether new company.
Bangalore TLs, Managers, and Management are systematic, whereas in Delhi it's totally different.
Encourage the talent. Give good hikes and remove the "bell curve" method for rating.
