Opportunities for personal development/training, good pay (not too low or high), and juniors are good to work with.
There will always be those projects with lots of overtime. This is expected in consulting. People can be a mixed bag, as this is a large company: anger management issues, misogynists, and perverts. Luckily, most people were fine to work with.
