Good company for learning, but poor career growth
- Good employee facilities.
- Good pickup and drop-off facilities.
- Good clients to work with.
No career growth for people who join through lateral entry.
Compensation is not good as per experience.
They make you work for 10 hours, whereas other companies make you work for 8 or 8.5 hours.
Work-life balance is very poor.
The management must recognize the contributions of every individual, must have respect for every individual, and ensure their career growth also.
