Opportunities are good as far as Accenture goes. If you land up in the right project, you get onshore opportunities as well.
Politics is a big drawback of Accenture, where supervisors and managers have total monopoly on your appraisals. Also, Accenture doesn't care if you are an old resource, and they don't give you any benefits.
Please ensure transparency, as there are a lot of employees who suffer due to results not being transparent.
