Salary is good. Accenture does market correction in a couple of years. Policies are good. Shift allowances are nice. Leave policies are nice as well. Transportation is free.
Too much management politics.
Hardly considers employee feedback to management.
Due to management politics, chances of growth (promotion) are less.
Less onsite chances.
