The company is really good. Its policies are very employee-friendly.
But Indian managers and team leads are very bad. They micromanage and will message you on WhatsApp even after working hours for deployments.
The team lead is a bootlicker of the manager. They will do anything to prove themselves and look like a hero in front of the manager, giving bad reviews and impressions about others in the team to the manager.
It's a typical service-based company. Even if policies are good, Indian management sucks. You will find many freshers here. It's not a great place for good coders; most of the energy will be lost in training juniors, and managers can put you into any technology whenever they want.
Train Indian management. Tell them good people will not leave if they stop micromanaging. Don't sell your souls for clients.
It was difficult. Prepare well before giving an interview, as their portal has an attempt count. The HR was friendly, and the salary negotiation was very good. I am very happy to have cleared it.
It had two technical and one managerial round. The technical round comprised basic and advanced questions on the preferred programming language. The interview was also based on hot skills, if any.
Very well planned and well informed in advance. It started with the roles and responsibilities, then about the process and methods, followed by some questions related to standards and policies.
