Accenture gives one a good opportunity to interact with geographically spread clients and teams, providing a platform to grow oneself both in terms of deep functional knowledge as well as on the 'people developer' skills. You just need to have a willingness to learn and explore.
There is no transparency in terms of appraisals; it's all political and diplomatic. The work-life balance is way off-track! The salaries are low compared to the responsibilities one has. Basically, you are squeezed until you burn out, and at the end of the day, you are just a replaceable resource.
Accenture needs to revisit its 'Core Values'.
