Decent Benefits, Mediocre Salary
Nice atmosphere, quite decent benefits, flexible work time, possibility to work remotely (depends on customer), paid trainings, no problem with taking leaves.
Salary is poor after 3 years due to high inflation in Poland in the last few years. When I joined Accenture, the salary was wonderful for that time, but now it's mediocre.
Promotions are halted, and the company is not eager to negotiate salary, so it's stable, but only a decent job.
