Amazing brand value.
Respectful organization.
Strong internal processes, and you get to work on many projects and skills.
There's a lot of opportunity to upscale your skills and pivot to a different career path.
While I had my gripes (who does not?), I loved going to work there.
Crowded mid-senior level. You can lose your identity, with the primary skill changing from project to project. The performance moderation system (now replaced) was archaic. Salary increases will not be significant if you do not get promoted consistently.
