Talks the talk but does not walk the walk
Lots of social events. If you're a good talker, lots of opportunities.
Long hours, no work-life balance, salary not in line with amount of hours.
Revise what you mean by work-life balance. To me, it means I have time to do what I want outside of work.
Social events that keep you linked all the time to the same people do not constitute work-life balance.
Rules are very different for people in client-facing roles.
